Whether from our Senior Pastor, Student Ministries Pastor, or a special guest speaker, you will hear a clearly-presented message from the Bible that shows how to live as a follower of Jesus in today's world.
Feel free to preview our current and upcoming sermon series be reading the descriptions below. You can also listen to past sermons by visiting our Media Library.
October 1st Learning to Believe (Matthew 16: 13-19). Learning to follow Jesus has everything to do with who we believe Jesus to be. Peter’s understanding of who Jesus is changed because of his encounters with Jesus. When a person believes in Christ as the Son of God and confesses him as Savior, God has opened the spiritual eyes and ears of that person to understand the truth.
October 8th Learning to deny yourself (Matthew 16:24-26). Jesus invites us to find our true selves in him. A disciple of Christ is expected to deny himself, take up his cross and follow Jesus. Living a Christ-centered life is a choice we make. Taking up the cross means to identify with Jesus in his suffering and in his death.
October 15th Special Guest Speaker: Frank Volpe Candidate for Pastor
October 22nd Learning to Follow (Matthew 17:1-9). Learning to follow means following Jesus into suffering as well as into glory. As we surrender ourselves to God, he will transform our thinking from within so that we are no longer conformed to the world in our thinking. The Spirit of God changes us into the likeness of Crist (2 Cor. 3:18).
October 29th Salvation through Christ alone. (Romans 3:21-26) Our salvation, our Christian living, and our future hope is all related to the person, life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ – to him alone.
