Please join us at Parker Road Bible Church for a Chili Cook-Off, Silent Auction, Bake & Craft Sale, & Dunk the Pastor on February 16th.  PRBC has held this event over the years to benefit different causes and/or families. It is a great opportunity to invite friends and family to worship with you and stay for a fun event for a good cause!

This year we are raising funds for the May 2025 Peru Missions Trip. From May 19th-May 28th a team of twelve from Parker Road Bible Church will travel to Peru to aid in several projects. We will be working with a church in the town of Yarinacocha, Peru, which is on the shore of Lake Yarinacocha (Palm Lake) about 4 miles from the city of Pucallpa. The Shipibo indigenous people live along the lakeshore. We will work alongside Peruvians on projects that include a pastoral conference, men’s, women’s, and children’s ministries, building renovations, and a river boat trip to minister to several villages along the Ucayali River. The team will be directed by longtime missionaries and PRBC friends Americo and Kathy Saavedra.

RSVP
There are many ways that you can get involved. First, you can plan on attending! Please RSVP above or at the Sign-up sheet at the church building. You can also partner with us by entering the Chili-Cookoff. You can donate a gift basket for the silent auction, provide a baked good for the bake sale or a craft for the craft sale. On the day of the event, you can take your best shot at dunking Pastor Frank. We are hoping to receive the gift baskets by Sunday, February 9th if possible. Your chili baked goods and crafts should be brought to the church on the morning of the event.

If you are unable to attend, you can still donate by clicking Peru 2025 Giving and selecting to whom you would like to designate funds from the pull-down menu. Currently funds can be split and shortly there will be an option to designate funds to be split among the entire group. We also cannot stress how much we covet your prayers for our team as we prepare, the actual trip and the Peruvian churches we will partner with.

Please contact Paula Pasqua by text with any questions (her number can be found in the church directory or on the rsvp link above). We are looking forward to seeing you there!
