WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?
At Parker Road, we believe that Jesus Christ is the bridge between us and God. Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." The penalty for sin is death. Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death." That is exactly why we need Jesus Christ! Here is the best part... Christ died for you! Romans 5:8 tells us, "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." You can be saved through faith in Jesus Christ.
The Bible, God's written Word, is the centerpiece of our worship, the means of spiritual growth, and the message of our witness to others. Whether from our Senior Pastor or a special guest speaker, you will hear a clearly presented message from the Bible that shows how to live as a follower of Jesus in today's world.

When are your service times?
We offer Sunday School classes for all ages from 9:15-10:15 a.m. Our Sunday Worship Service begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends about 11:45 a.m. Nursery is provided for newborns through two years old during Sunday School and the Worship Service. We have complimentary coffee and treats in our gymnasium so feel free to help yourself.
HOW BIG IS YOUR CHURCH?
On most Sundays, Parker Road will host 100+ regular attendees. During special services, including holidays, we anticipate about 160+ to be in attendance. We have guests and first-time attendees on a weekly basis, so pick a Sunday that works best for you.
When you attend Parker Road you'll see families, couples, singles, teens, children, and infants on a weekly basis. As a church family, we strive for a balance of age-specific classes and groups alongside family-integrated worship and fellowship.
All first-time guests are encouraged to fill out a communication card and place it in our welcome box by our main entrance. In exchange for your communication card, you'll have the opportunity to pick out a gift as our way of saying thank you.

IS YOUR BUILDING WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes. Our building is all one level and is very wheelchair friendly. Our sanctuary also has chairs that can be unlinked whenever needed; so family members can sit where they feel most comfortable. Simply ask one of our friendly ushers for assistance.
WHEN CAN I MEET WITH A PASTOR?
Pastor Frank Volpe has a fantastic open door policy. Simply contact our church office to schedule an appointment. You can meet with him at Parker Road Bible Church or schedule a meeting place that works best for you. He will be more than happy to work with your schedule, so be sure to let him know when you're free.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR ONE OF YOUR SERVICES?
We are believers in a "come as you are" style. Of course we want you to feel comfortable while you're here, so please note that majority of attendees tend to dress casual on most days. While some wear their "Sunday best," many come dressed in nice jeans and t-shirts. Whichever you prefer, you won't feel out of place.
WHAT IF I ATTEND A SUNDAY WHEN YOU'RE OFFERING COMMUNION, SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?
The first Sunday of every month, we observe the Lord's Supper, or Communion. All Christ-followers are welcome to take the bread and juice in remembrance of what Jesus did for us. So whether you're attending Parker Road as a first-time guest or plan to attend on a more regular basis, it is entirely up to you if you wish to participate. Not everyone does, so there is no pressure.
WHAT MINISTRIES DO YOU OFFER FOR CHILDREN?
Children are very important to us! Nursery care is provided on Sundays for children from birth through age 2 during the Christian Education hour (9:15 a.m.) and Worship Service (10:30 a.m.). Be sure to share any special needs your child may have when dropping him/her off with one of our volunteers.
During our Sunday Worship Service, Junior Church is available for children age 3 through 2nd grade. Children are verbally dismissed for Junior Church just before the sermon begins.
When school is in session, so is Awana! Awana Clubs is a Bible-centered ministry for children ages 3 through 6th grade. Awana meets on Wednesdays at 6:25 p.m. during the school year (August - May).
Junior high and high school school students are welcome to join our youth group (Pressin' On) on a weekly basis. On Sundays, we meet during the Christian Education hour and in the evening for our special group gathering, Pressin' On.
Please be sure to check our calendar for the most up-to-date information on all our children's ministries. Select ministries go a break during holidays and during the summer.
